Secure the Poster
Carefully roll your poster and place it back into its original protective cardboard tube to ensure it arrives back to us without creases or tears.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the provided prepaid shipping label and securely tape it to the exterior of the mailing tube, ensuring no old barcodes are visible.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our team inspects the returned artwork, we will process your full refund or ship out your replacement poster within 3 to 5 business days.
